I am Destiny Brown, the founder of THIS IS GRACE®, and I would like to share with you the inspiration behind our organization.

 

At the age of 20, I faced a difficult decision and chose to have an abortion at seven weeks pregnant. For four years following, I struggled with overwhelming feelings of guilt, shame, grief, and uncertainty. However, my journey changed when I encountered God's grace and truth.

This Is Grace began as a blog in 2019 and evolved into a community of support for mothers in need. It started with caring for a mother of triplets named Sarah and soon expanded to helping other mothers, including those who had undergone abortion services. As a doer of grace, I am committed to being the hands and feet of our organization, ensuring that every person, regardless of their past decisions or circumstances, encounters grace and truth.
